Brana Nikolajevic

Brana Nikolajevic joined CA in 2004, as Sales Executive for Romania, Serbia and Bulgaria. As of April 2005 he holds a position of Country Manager for Hungary and Romania, where he is further strengthening the relationship between CA and its partners, increasing the satisfaction of CA’s customers, and developing Hungarian and Romanian markets for CA’s world-class solutions in Enterprise IT Management.
Brana is an experienced IT professional - he spent 15 years in IT before joining CA, and his last position prior to CA was the Regional IT Manager at Scala Business Solutions (now Epicor).
Brana holds BSc in Mathematics and MSc in IT Management.

Patrick Teirlinckx
Principal Consultant, Technical Sales

Patrick Teirlinckx is active in the IT sector for more than 20 years. After studying a Master in Physical Education at U.C.L in Louvain-La-Neuve, he also did a Bachelor in Information Technologies at EPHEC in Brussels. Later during his professional life, he attended Applied Economics curriculum at FUCAM University in Mons for one year.
He got in touch with Personal Computers as from 1981, at that time with CPM and MS Basic. Patrick Teirlinckx started his professional career as a teacher in the secondary schools. In 1987, he joined Banksys as an end-user support programmer.
As from 1989, he worked for major IT companies (Information Builders, Oracle, EMC and Microsoft) where he held different sales, channel sales, marketing and channel marketing positions. Before joining CA, he worked for 2 1 years for Internet Security Systems (an IBM Company) as Channel Marketing Manager EMEA. He joined CA on April, 16 2007 as Program Manager for APM (Wily) Partners, EMEA.
He spent most of his free time with his family supporting and “coaching” his 3 kids practising various sports like soccer, tennis, table tennis and athletics. Jogging (14th participation 20 KM of Brussels in 2009) and travelling with his family are his two main hobbies. His favourite holiday destination is France where he can enjoy the richness and the diversity of the local wine producers.

Roman Tuchyna
Customer Solutions Architect

Roman Tuchyna, works as Customer Solutions Architect in TSO department of CA. He is responsible for design of Infrastructure and Service Management Solutions for customers and partners in region of Central and Eastern Europe. He is also in charge of ITIL simulation games - e.g. Apollo-13, Stock Exchange.
Roman used to participate in several important ITSM projects in the region as Olympics Games 2004 in Athens, Turkcell Telecom in Istanbul, Saudi Telecom in Riyadh, DHL Service Desk in Prague and others.

Petar Verunica

Petar Verunica recently joined SolvIT to help spread the company's tradition in providing top of the line services into security management area. Focusing primarily on Identity and Access Management, he brings 9 years of industry experience in the enterprise sector.
Formerly a project manager at CA Inc., he is dedicated to providing full lifecycle planning and delivery, from assessing the needs to fine-tuning the solution.

Zoltan Harsanyi

Zoltan Harsanyi joined CA in 1997. Lately Zoltan, as a Senior Consultant is working for Romania and Hungary, his main role now is helping partner technical experts and sales especially with areas of Service Management and Application Performance Management.
Zoltan is also an instructor of admin level and advanced CA ServiceDesk classes, during the last years educated over 150 experts in Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
Before joining CA Zoltan spent numerous years with creating, maintaining, implementing software systems, with his teams, for all different application areas, just to mention some exotic ones: for the Czech Census running on a mainframe, or an Analytical Ledger system for a large department store, in macroassembler on prePC computers, which system had been used for 13 years without the need of patches and upgrade.
His motto has always been to maintain IT applications and systems understandable, simple and really usable. His favorite CA systems are ServiceDesk, Wily and Clarity.
Zoltan holds MSc in Technical Cybernetics, finished his studies at the Czech Technical University in Prague.

Gabor Olah

Gabor Olah is a co-founder and Managing Director of CAPTURE IT Solutions and Consulting company which is focusing on Clarity PPM implementation and related consulting services in Central-Eastern Europe.
Gabor holds a masters degree from IT, which is followed by a postgraduate from EU Economics. He started his career as a consultant at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in 1999 where he gained experience in numerous projects in Hungary, Italy and Greece. Gabor specialized in the telecommunication area, built strong competency in designing and implementing billing and CRM solutions.
In 2004 Gabor has joined Budapest Bank (GE Money Bank Hungary) as an IT Project Manager, a year later promoted to IT Team Leader. From 2006 as the Head of IT Solution Delivery was responsible for the development of 150+ business applications, 50+ projects and 350+ small developments, managing a staff of 80 professionals. His challenge was to support the rapid business growth with well defined, flexible, customer centric and efficient IT development services.
Gabor implemented Clarity PPM in order to enable IT to proactivly drive the growth, provide required throughput for business demands, allocate resources and control project tasks efficiently and to provide timely and accurate data to the Senior Management for proper decision making. In 2009 he established CAPTURE to be a designated CA Partner for Clarity implementations servicing customers in our region.

Felix Enescu is VP Consulting & EXP with KPC Group, Gartner Representative in Romania. Felix is also the President and founder of CIO Council, the only industry association representing the interests of corporate IT clients.
As a former Rompetrol CIO he was in charge with strategic planning and development of Information Systems in a corporation growing from turnover of 100M USD to 1B USD in two years.
He has more that 14 years of experience with vendors, clients and big consulting organizations.
